How to Access Your Session History

Step 1
Log In to Portal
Access your client portal dashboard
  • Go to your practitioner's booking page
  • Click 'Client Portal' and log in
  • You'll see your dashboard

View your session history
  • Click on the 'Sessions' tab
  • You'll see all your sessions
  • Past sessions are shown at the bottom
  • Upcoming sessions are at the top

How far back does my session history go?

Your session history includes all sessions booked through Flowdara since you created your account. Sessions booked before account creation may not appear.

Can I see notes from all my sessions?

You can see notes that your practitioner has shared with you. Some practitioners may include detailed notes, while others may keep notes private.

Can I download my session history?

You can download receipts and invoices for individual sessions. Contact support if you need a complete history export.

What if I don't see a past session?

If a session is missing, it may have been booked before you created your account, or there may be a technical issue. Contact support for assistance.
